Overview:
Low-speed centrifuge Equipped with a brushless DC motor that requires no maintenance. Integrated electronic lock: prevents injury to the experimental environment and personnel during centrifuge operation. Intelligent control system with a touch panel and intuitive digital display allows direct setting of parameters such as speed and time, making it easy to use. The low-speed centrifuge features a high-quality steel frame and a stainless steel rotor chamber, ensuring robustness, durability, and ease of cleaning. The primary applications of this low-speed centrifuge include blood collection from SD rats for new drug development, purification of pharmaceutical substances, and separation of powders from liquids in traditional Chinese medicine herbal extracts.
Low-speed centrifuge installation requirements:
1. Environmental requirements:
a. The floor should be a solid, level concrete floor with no sources of vibration.
b. Maximum altitude: 2,000 meters.
c. Low-speed centrifuge For indoor use only. The centrifuge is best operated under room-temperature conditions, with a maximum relative humidity of 80% at 31°C, decreasing to 50% at 40°C. Therefore, the centrifuge should be kept away from heat sources (such as direct sunlight, heating elements, and radiators).
2. Installation space requirements:
A low-speed centrifuge should have sufficient space to ensure adequate airflow around it; otherwise, overheating and poor performance may occur.
3. Power requirements:
The power supply should be a single-phase 220V, 2A power supply with a dedicated ground wire; the neutral wire must not be used as a substitute for the ground wire. The centrifuge must be properly grounded.
4. Installation requirements for low-speed centrifuges:
After installation is complete, all four rubber feet on the bottom plate of this unit should be in full contact with the workbench surface.
Low-speed centrifuges have a wide range of applications. Low-speed centrifuge It can be widely used in clinical medicine, biochemistry, immunology, blood banks, and other fields, and is a standard instrument commonly employed in laboratories for centrifugal sedimentation.
