II. After-sales Service Plan:

(1) After-sales service system

Our company has after-sales service centers in major cities across the country. Upon receiving a notification from a user requesting repair of their purchased equipment, the after-sales service center shall respond within 12 hours and dispatch a qualified maintenance engineer to the user’s site for repair within 48 hours. If the equipment cannot be repaired, our company will provide a similar spare unit free of charge for the user’s temporary use.

(2) After-sales Service Commitment

The warranty period for the entire machine is 12 months. That is, starting from the date of manufacture, if the product fails to function properly due to quality issues within 12 months, our company will provide free repairs until the customer is fully satisfied. Upon receiving a repair call, our company will dispatch technical personnel to the customer’s location within 12 hours and complete the service obligation on-site within two days. We will also conduct regular visits to customers to ensure proper instrument maintenance and upkeep.

During the warranty period, we will provide free repairs for any malfunctions caused by normal use of the instrument. If the repair is performed at the end user’s location, we will cover all expenses incurred by our technicians, including travel costs, accommodation, and meals. If the repair is carried out at our facility, we will bear the costs of packaging and shipping the instrument and equipment. We also guarantee the quality and applicable service life of any replaced parts.

III. Training Plan:

(1) On-site Training Plan

Our company’s technical staff and commissioning personnel will arrive at the user’s site simultaneously to train more than two operators, enabling them to independently and proficiently operate the equipment and handle common faults. They will also gain a thorough understanding of the centrifuge’s principles, structure, and safety precautions, and learn how to perform daily maintenance and routine upkeep of the machine.

(2) Domestic Training Program

We regularly hold user seminars at our company, during which we provide on-site instruction on the knowledge and operational skills for centrifuge maintenance and upkeep, further enhancing users’ understanding of centrifuge care and thereby extending the service life of the centrifuges.
