l Adopting an advanced and reliable PI high-frequency, full-range, wide-band power control solution that is compatible with power grids worldwide, this system utilizes a 16-bit MCU to perform PWM speed regulation, enabling more precise control of voltage, current, rotational speed, and effective centrifugal time. This ensures extended motor life and reduced electromagnetic noise even under harsh operating conditions.
l Reliable and durable DC permanent magnet motor with a wider speed adjustment range of 500–12,000 rpm and an accuracy of ±9%. Centrifugal speed increments are adjustable in steps of 500 rpm, and the effective centrifugation time range is 1–99 minutes or 1–59 seconds.
l Faster acceleration/deceleration rates allow the experiment to be completed in a shorter time.
l The high-strength housing and rotor materials are resistant to various chemical corrosions, and the rotor features high-temperature sterilization capability.
l The unique swivel-head snap-on mounting design allows for easy replacement of the swivel head without the need for any tools, making it more convenient and faster for laboratory personnel to change heads.
l The innovative composite tube rotor is compatible with a variety of tubes, meeting basic experimental needs without requiring rotor replacement.
l The RSS material provides shock absorption, ensuring smoother operation. The rotating space features a 360° arc with no sharp corners, resulting in low wind resistance, minimal temperature rise, and ultra-quiet performance—with the entire unit producing noise levels of ≤60 dB.
l The door cover protection, overspeed, and imbalance detection system enables real-time monitoring of the centrifugation process, ensuring safe operation of the instrument. When the run is complete, an error occurs, or an imbalance is detected, an audible signal is triggered, and the instrument immediately stops running. The LCD displays a corresponding result code.
