The CSC-11S Super Core High-Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge is used to determine the capillary pressure, wettability, and other related core properties of core samples. Combined with appropriate auxiliary equipment, it can be applied to a wide range of scientific studies. Our company is currently the only domestic manufacturer that offers a high-speed core centrifuge equipped with a horizontal rotor capable of reaching a speed of 11,000 r/min.
Main Technical Performance
1. The CSC-14S, CSC-12S, and CSC-11S feature large-screen LCD displays.
2. Microcomputer-controlled, driven by a high-torque AC variable-frequency motor, ensuring stable operation, low noise, and high speed accuracy.
3. It uses high-performance compressor units from imported brands and a fluorine-free refrigerant, R404a, which meets environmental protection requirements.
4. Large-screen true-color TFT touch control for simple operation and intuitive display; setting parameters and real-time operating parameters can be displayed on the same screen.
6. Large-capacity data storage and fault record information facilitate the tracking of operational history data. Relevant data can be exported and printed.
7. A powerful control system enables segmented stepped centrifugation, pre-set program recall, and tiered password management, ensuring the instrument’s safety and reliability and facilitating precise management.
8. Real-time conversion and setting between RPM and RCF, convenient and quick.
9. Equipped with an electronic door lock, it features multiple protective functions including self-locking door cover, overspeed protection, overtemperature protection, and imbalance detection. It also includes an automatic fault alarm function, ensuring safety and reliability.
10. The core rotor can accommodate standard samples with diameters of 1 inch and 1.5 inches (special specifications require customization). With adjustable centrifugal force, it can be used for air flooding, oil-water displacement, or oil displacement tests. 。
11. Features 10 programs for ramp-up curves and 11 programs for ramp-down curves, with customizable ramp-up and ramp-down times. This further ensures optimal centrifugation performance and prevents secondary settling of samples.
12 It features an integral sealing ring made of food-grade silicone rubber, compliant with GMP certification. The centrifuge has obtained U.S. FDA certification.
