A powerful control system that enables ten-level stepped centrifugation, meeting diverse experimental requirements (100 programs, each program divided into 10 segments), and featuring functions such as program mode and curve mode. The system includes a preset program recall function, allowing users to customize and edit up to 100 programs. Hierarchical password protection ensures safe and reliable instrument operation, facilitating precise management of 10 acceleration curves and 11 deceleration curves, while also offering customizable settings for acceleration and deceleration times. This further enhances centrifugation performance and prevents secondary settling of samples.

5. It features a high-performance compressor unit from an imported brand, using the fluorine-free refrigerant R404a that meets environmental protection standards. Equipped with specialized rotor systems tailored for various blood banks, it can centrifuge commonly used triple-bag and quadruple-bag collections. The maximum capacity reaches 2400 ml × 6, allowing a single run to process up to 14,400 ml of samples.
6. Equipped with rotor identification functionality and featuring a suction-type door lock, the instrument is outfitted with multiple protection features—including unbalance detection, self-locking door cover, overspeed protection, and overtemperature protection—to ensure safe operation.
7. Uses an integral sealing ring made of food-grade silicone rubber, compliant with GMP certification. The centrifuge has obtained U.S. FDA certification.
8. An optional automatic door lid opening and closing function is available. Simply touch the “Open Door” button on the control interface to easily open or close the door lid—no manual operation required. The door lid is equipped with an intelligent anti-pinch device.
9. Optional program specifically designed for blood bags.

*Optional: RFID rotor smart identification system—without running the machine, it can instantly identify the rotor’s specifications, maximum rotational speed, and maximum centrifugal force. It also enables independent management of the service life for different rotors, with no limit on the number of rotors that can be used. Three-axis gyroscope-based imbalance protection system—monitors in real time the vibration status of the equipment during operation. If abnormal vibrations are detected, the machine immediately shuts down and triggers an alarm.
