Microcomputer-controlled, driven by a high-torque AC variable-frequency motor, offering stable operation, low noise, and high speed accuracy.
It features an imported high-performance compressor unit and a fluorine-free refrigerant, R404a, with dual-loop control for both cooling and heating.
Controlled by a large-screen true-color TFT touch screen, it features simple operation and intuitive display. Setting parameters and real-time operating parameters can be displayed on the same screen. Multiple operation programs can be stored.
Large-capacity data storage and fault record information facilitate the tracking of operational history data. Relevant data can be exported via USB and printed out.
A powerful control system enables segmented stepped centrifugation, pre-set program recall, and tiered password management to ensure the instrument’s safety and reliability, facilitating precise and detailed management.
Real-time conversion and setting between RPM and RCF, convenient and quick.
Equipped with an electronic door lock, it features multiple protection functions including door cover protection, overspeed protection, overtemperature protection, and imbalance protection. It also has an automatic fault alarm function. The unit boasts a all-steel body with a three-layer protective steel casing, ensuring safety and reliability.
The core rotor can accommodate standard samples with diameters of 1” and 1.5” (custom specifications available upon request). By applying incrementally adjustable centrifugal forces, it can be used for air flooding, oil-water displacement, or oil recovery tests.
Features 10 acceleration programs and 11 deceleration curves, with customizable acceleration and deceleration times. The core rotor speed is ≥18,500 rpm, enabling the separation of moisture from micropores; equipped with dedicated separation steel balls or a dedicated adapter.
The rotor can be directly installed and removed without the need for nuts, bolts, wrenches, or other locking tools.
You can enter the sample number to query the centrifugation records for each sample.
