The bottle’s shoulder has been redesigned for smoother liquid pouring and can withstand higher centrifugal forces. Its smooth bottle walls are easy to clean, effectively reducing shear forces on cells. The bottle cap features a built-in sealing ring that forms a compression seal with the angled inner surface of the bottle opening via threading, ensuring superior sealing performance. The bottle is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure processing and can be reused. During centrifugation, the fill level must not be less than 80% of the total capacity. When sterilizing at high temperatures and pressures, always keep the cap positioned over the bottle opening—do not tighten or remove the cap. Before first use, we recommend performing autoclaving treatment first.
