Made from a semi-transparent polypropylene copolymer material known as PPCO, these tubes offer excellent visibility. The bottle caps are die-cast and feature an integrated sealing ring that is thread-pressed into the angled inner surface of the tube opening, ensuring an exceptionally high level of sealing. They are suitable for high-temperature centrifugation and can be used in centrifuges operating at speeds up to 50,000 × g. These centrifuge tubes can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure treatments and are reusable. During centrifugation, the fill volume must not be less than 80% of the total tube capacity. When sterilizing under high temperature and pressure, place the cap onto the centrifuge tube but do not tighten it or remove the cap during the process. It is recommended to perform autoclaving prior to first-time use.
