The semi-transparent, open-top design facilitates easy access to and removal of centrifuged samples. Thanks to the integrated design of the tube and compression-type stopper, the device can be operated with just one hand, making it highly convenient to use. Made from polypropylene copolymer (PPCO), the tube is formed in a single injection-molding process, ensuring uniform and consistent wall thickness. The round-bottom tubes can withstand centrifugal forces up to 50,000×g, while the sharp-bottom tubes can handle centrifugal forces up to 16,000×g. The compression cap offers a degree of sealing performance. The device is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment and can be reused. During centrifugation, the sample volume must not be less than 80% of the total capacity. It is recommended to sterilize the device by autoclaving before its first use.
