Made from transparent polycarbonate (PC) material, this product boasts high mechanical strength and excellent light transmittance, allowing for clear observation of the contents inside the bottle as well as the results of separation. The bottle’s shoulder has been redesigned to facilitate smoother pouring of liquids and to withstand higher centrifugal forces. The screw-thread compression seal provides an even tighter seal, while the smooth bottle walls effectively reduce shear forces on cells. It is free from difluoroamine migration, non-cytotoxic, and exhibits outstanding chemical resistance. The bottle can be stored in environments as low as -70°C and is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization. It is reusable. During centrifugation, the fill level must not be less than 80% of the total capacity. When subjecting the bottle to high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization, place the cap onto the centrifuge tube without tightening it or removing it entirely. Before first use, we recommend performing a preliminary autoclaving treatment.
