Overview:

The development of low-speed centrifuges is inseparable from the joint support of enterprises and the nation.
Currently, in the domestic market, regarding... Low-speed centrifuge The demand for centrifuges continues to expand, prompting an increasing number of manufacturers to devote more effort and resources to technological innovation in this field. As a result, more and more new products are being introduced, and the centrifuge industry is experiencing unprecedented growth. However, due to the current limitations of low-speed centrifuge technology in China, there still exists a significant gap between the domestic centrifuge industry and advanced foreign enterprises. This gap is primarily reflected in the severe shortage of core centrifuge technologies, as well as substantial issues regarding product stability and reliability. If these problems remain unresolved, they will pose serious obstacles to the long-term development of China’s centrifuge industry.
To bring about change domestically Low-speed centrifuge Regarding the current state of industry development, I believe we must focus on the following five aspects:
  1. All low-speed centrifuge manufacturers should strengthen original innovation in centrifuge technology, focusing particularly on major, cutting-edge scientific needs of the nation and conducting research into new principles, new technologies, and new methodologies. They should strive to achieve significant breakthroughs and leaps forward in advanced centrifuge equipment.
  2. Strengthen integrated innovation and focus on developing cutting-edge, high-impact scientific instruments and equipment—ranging from industry-competitive general-purpose instruments to specialized instruments. At the same time, enhance the development and application of core, critical components and supporting systems for scientific instruments and equipment.
  3. Focus on assimilating and absorbing existing commercial centrifuge equipment, then leveraging this knowledge to foster innovation and develop a batch of centrifuge devices with independent intellectual property rights, thereby enhancing the overall utilization efficiency of downstream scientific instruments and equipment.
  4. Currently, the vast majority of low-speed centrifuges manufactured by domestic producers are primarily imitations; very few companies have developed products through independent R&D. Therefore, domestic centrifuge manufacturers still need to strengthen the application and demonstration of centrifuges with their own intellectual property rights.
  5. We must continuously advance the construction of industrialization bases for centrifuges and promote the long-term, stable development of the centrifuge industry.
To promote Low-speed centrifuge For the industry’s long-term development, in addition to strengthening technological innovation among individual enterprises, we also need strong support from the national government. Only by pursuing these two efforts simultaneously can we be confident that the gap between China’s centrifuge industry and its international counterparts will continue to narrow—and may even enable Chinese companies to surpass their foreign counterparts.
