Note: The semi-preparative chromatography column and the analytical chromatography column are imported products, while other products are domestically produced.
II. Suppliers must meet the following qualifications.
1. Must comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law.
2. The registered capital shall be no less than RMB 1 million (inclusive).
3. If the applicant is an agent, it must possess a valid authorization letter and after-sales service commitment issued by the manufacturer of the low-temperature high-speed centrifuge, visible UV spectrophotometer, and medical ultra-low temperature freezer being bid for, specifically for this project.

3. Documents that suppliers must submit when purchasing competitive negotiation documents:
1. The original copy of the business license of the corporate entity, along with a photocopy stamped with the official company seal;
2. The original copy of the Organization Code Certificate and a photocopy stamped with the official seal;
3. Original ID card of the authorized agent and a copy stamped with the official seal;
4. Original letter of introduction from the unit.
