Overview:

High-speed centrifuge Microcomputer-controlled, with digital display and touch panel, programmable operation, brushless motor, and automatic RCF value calculation. Equipped with electronic door lock, multiple safety protections including overspeed protection, and automatic parameter memory function. Compatible with a variety of rotors. Utilizes an imported compressor unit, enabling temperature control between -20°C and 40°C. This high-speed centrifuge is a compact, structurally streamlined, safe, and quiet 24-hole benchtop high-speed (refrigerated) centrifuge. It features a soft-braking function that effectively prevents sample resuspension and protects sensitive samples. It can meet the needs of every molecular and biological laboratory. In static pre-cooling mode, the compressor automatically starts cooling when the centrifuge lid is closed.
Analysis of Common Faults in High-Speed Centrifuge Motors:
  1. After the high-speed centrifuge is powered on, the motor fails to rotate: First, inspect the power cord, plug, and socket. If any damage is found, replace the damaged components. If no issues are detected, check whether the band switch or rheostat is damaged or if any wiring connections have come loose. If either is damaged or disconnected, replace the faulty component and re-solder the wiring. If no problems are found, next check whether the motor’s field coil has a broken connection or an internal open circuit. If the wiring connection is broken, it can be re-soldered. However, if the coil itself has an internal open circuit, the only option is to rewind the coil entirely.
II. High-speed centrifuge Electricity If the motor speed fails to reach the rated speed: First, inspect the bearings. If the bearings are damaged, replace them. If the bearings are low on lubricant or excessively contaminated with dirt, clean the bearings and replenish them with grease. Next, check the commutator surface for any abnormalities and ensure that the brushes fit properly against the commutator surface. If there are abnormalities on the commutator surface—such as a layer of oxide—use fine sandpaper to gently polish it. If the fit between the commutator and the brushes is inadequate, adjust them until they make good contact. If none of the above issues are present, check the rotor windings for short circuits. If a short circuit is found, rewind the windings.
  3. The high-speed centrifuge exhibits severe vibration and loud noise: Check whether there is an imbalance issue. Verify that the bolts securing the machine are not loose; if they are, tighten them. Inspect the bearings for damage or bending; if either is found, replace the bearings. If the machine’s outer casing is deformed or improperly positioned, causing friction, adjust it accordingly.
  4. When the temperature is low, the low-speed setting of a high-speed centrifuge cannot be started: This is because the lubricating oil has solidified or has deteriorated and dried up, causing it to stick. Initially, you can manually help restart the rotation or, after cleaning, proactively re-lubricate the machine.
High-speed centrifuge It is a commonly used centrifuge product primarily used to separate solid particles from liquids in suspensions. It is widely employed in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, food processing, pharmaceuticals, mineral processing, coal mining, and water treatment.
