Overview:

Common Issues in the Software Debugging of High-Speed Refrigerated Centrifuges
High-speed refrigerated centrifuge This is a relatively common type of centrifuge in the modern centrifuge market, widely used in fields such as clinical medicine, biochemistry, genetic engineering, and immunology. It is an essential piece of equipment for centrifugal separation in hospitals at all levels, research institutions, and higher education institutions today.
Through this article, you will gain valuable knowledge about the software debugging and operation of high-speed refrigerated centrifuges. We hope that after reading this article, it will be helpful for your subsequent use of the centrifuge.
  I. Procedure for Running the High-Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge Software
During the commissioning of the prototype, we have already finalized control subroutines for seven different rotor models, suitable for rotors operating at speeds ranging from several thousand to thirty thousand revolutions per minute. In actual operation, users only need to enter the rotor model they wish to use via the keyboard.
II. High-speed refrigerated centrifuge The result of the software running
Throughout the entire operation, if the centrifuge experiences control failures or mechanical system malfunctions, these conditions must be detected and alerted to promptly, and all controlled devices should be shut down immediately to minimize losses caused by the centrifuge as much as possible. At the same time, if any abnormalities are detected during operation—such as damaged buttons or abnormal display—operators should be promptly notified, and relevant records should be kept.
III. Troubleshooting During the Commissioning of High-Speed Refrigerated Centrifuges
  1. During the operation of a high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, due to the limitations of the centrifugal environment, it is prone to various types of interference, which can easily cause the high-speed refrigerated centrifuge program to “run away.” Therefore:
  1) Users can take relevant software anti-interference measures to avoid this issue from occurring.
  2) In addition to implementing white reset measures on the product hardware, shielding and isolation measures should also be strengthened.
  3) Provide the high-speed refrigerated centrifuge with a dedicated power supply (with phase separation from interference sources) or install an UPS power supply.
  4) Adding an IRC absorption circuit to the relay coil can also prevent this issue from occurring.
  2. During operation, the sampled signal may easily become unstable, which can affect the reliability of the high-speed refrigerated centrifuge. In such cases, we recommend adding a hardware filtering circuit upstream to address this issue.
