On June 4, 2018, a delegation from a well-known overseas company came to Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. to discuss a collaborative project on fully automated biochemical analysis instruments. In response to the nation’s Belt and Road Initiative, Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. actively participated in this initiative. General Manager Li Guimei, Lu Shan, Wan Lingyan, and Wang Zuo attended the meeting as representatives and took part in the business negotiations.
An automated biochemical analyzer is an instrument that measures specific chemical constituents in body fluids based on the principle of spectrophotometry. Thanks to its fast measurement speed, high accuracy, and minimal reagent consumption, it has now been widely adopted in hospitals at all levels, disease prevention stations, and family planning service centers. When used in conjunction with other equipment, it can significantly enhance the efficiency and profitability of routine biochemical testing. An automated analyzer fully or partially automates the entire process that was originally performed manually—ranging from sample collection and mixing, to incubation at 37°C, detection, result calculation, interpretation, display and printing of results, as well as instrument cleaning. Today, biochemical testing has largely been automated. Moreover, there are fully automated biochemical analysis systems specifically designed for large-scale or ultra-large clinical and commercial laboratories, which can be configured flexibly according to the laboratory’s testing volume.
The representatives from both sides conducted an in-depth discussion on their intentions and the specifics of their cooperation, and they exchanged views with each other.
