In the laboratory of a municipal-level hospital, low-speed centrifuges are commonly used for vacuum blood collection separation. These centrifuges employ vacuum blood collection tubes that typically have a capacity of around 7 mL. Given the large number of blood collection tubes processed daily by municipal institutions, it is common to choose centrifuges with a higher single-run capacity. Moreover, these centrifuges often feature an automatic cap-removal function after centrifugation, reducing manual cap-removal time and boosting operational efficiency. To support this application, Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge has developed the TD5A-WS high-capacity automatic cap-removal centrifuge, which can process up to 72 blood collection tubes in a single run.

At county-level hospital laboratories, the workload is typically not very high, and the volume of samples to be processed in each batch is also relatively small. In such cases, we can opt for the TDZ5-ws low-speed centrifuge, which has a smaller separation capacity. This centrifuge can process up to 48 blood collection tubes at a time, fully meeting the hospital’s separation needs.
