Overview:
According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, in the past three years, the total number of cancer cases in China has risen by 57.9%, with an annual growth rate reaching 19.3%. The total number of cancer deaths has increased by 44.4%, with an average annual growth rate of 14.8%. Experts predict that in the 21st century, cancer will become the leading cause of death worldwide. CCTV’s “Xinwen Lianbo” program delivered an authoritative report: “Breakthrough progress has been made in tumor bioimmunotherapy, and one-third of early-stage cancers can now be cured.” Cancer is no longer an incurable disease.
Cellular immunotherapy is the most widely used and most mature biotherapeutic technique for cancer treatment. Currently, the clinically common approach is CLS biological immunotherapy—autologous immune cell therapy (using one’s own cells to treat one’s own disease). This involves extracting a patient’s own immune cells, culturing them in vitro, and then reinfusing them back into the patient’s body. By using one’s own cells to treat one’s own disease, this therapy not only has no obvious toxic side effects but also enhances immune function, thus avoiding rejection reactions. The treatment is simpler and safer. CLS biological immunotherapy combines DC and CIK cells to generate dual-clonal immune cells that precisely and directly target and kill tumor cells without harming any normal tissues. This approach boasts even stronger anti-tumor properties, enabling it to eliminate microscopic residual lesions in various parts of the body and effectively prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis. When combined with surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy for comprehensive treatment, CLS biological immunotherapy delivers excellent clinical outcomes. Moreover, by tailoring personalized immune cell therapy protocols to different types of tumors, the treatment efficacy can be further enhanced. The integrated use of multiple immune cell types to implement personalized therapies will become the future trend in cancer treatment.
Since the culture conditions for autologous immune cells of the cls type are extremely stringent, cell therapy laboratories must meet GMP standards. Moreover, these laboratories must be equipped with advanced experimental equipment such as blood cell separators, high-speed refrigerated centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and CO2 incubators. Only under such superior conditions can we provide first-class services for cancer patients and rekindle their hope for life!
Note: All centrifuge products manufactured by Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge have passed the GMP testing requirements standards. Buyers can rest assured when using them.
