Overview:

Ensure that the centrifuge is placed on a solid, level surface, and adjust the two front adjusting screws to bring the machine body into a horizontal position, thereby ensuring even distribution of force and preventing vibrations.
◇Ensure that the centrifuge is placed on a solid, level surface, and adjust the two front adjusting screws to bring the machine body into a horizontal position, thereby ensuring even distribution of force and preventing vibrations.
◇If the instrument malfunctions, do not disassemble or repair it yourself. If you need assistance, please contact our company or a qualified professional authorized by the company promptly at 021-68113426.
◇ When replacing or removing the centrifuge rotor, be sure to turn off the centrifuge’s power supply to avoid any hazards.
◇Please ensure that the instrument is properly grounded and has an independent ground wire.
◇ Do not open the centrifuge door cover manually in an emergency while the machine is running. Also, do not move the centrifuge when the rotor is spinning.
◇ Before each use, carefully inspect the rotor for cracks or corrosion spots. If any are found, do not use it—instead, contact our company at 021-68113421!
◇ Before each use, check whether the nut connecting the rotor to the motor shaft is loose. If it is, tighten it using the provided wrench.
◇ For operational safety, maintain a clear space of at least 50 centimeters around the centrifuge.
◇If a test tube breaks inside the centrifuge chamber, be sure to thoroughly clean up any fragments before using it again.
◇The centrifuge should be placed in an area that is shielded from ultraviolet radiation or direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and paint chipping on its exterior.
◇ If you notice any abnormal phenomena in the centrifuge, immediately stop using it and contact us. If the centrifuge displays an error code, please contact our company.
◇The use of rotors at speeds exceeding the specified limit is strictly prohibited. If the rotor number is not set according to the rotor numbers indicated in the instruction manual and the rotor is used at an excessive speed, any resulting rotor-related accidents and losses shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
◇ When the machine is to be left unused for an extended period, the rotor should be removed to prevent the spindle from rusting.
◇ After the rotor is removed from the centrifuge chamber, promptly wipe it dry with a neutral detergent to prevent chemical corrosion. Store it in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not use non-neutral cleaning agents to clean the rotor. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the central hole and conical surface of the rotor for protection.
◇ Handle rotor installation and removal with care. When removing the rotor, lift it vertically upward; otherwise, the shaft may easily become bent.
◇ If the centrifuge is not used for an extended period, clean its internal cavity, dry it thoroughly, and apply a small amount of grease to the motor shaft for protection.
◇Do not place any items on the door cover to prevent damage to those items if the door cover opens automatically.
◇When adding liquid to centrifuge tubes, aim for uniformity as much as possible by visual inspection. If the amounts of liquid added vary significantly, this could cause substantial vibration during operation. In such cases, stop the machine immediately for inspection and adjust the liquid addition to meet the required standards. Centrifuge tubes must be placed in pairs, symmetrically arranged. (Weight deviations are allowed up to ≤1 g.)
◇If a centrifuge tube breaks during operation, causing significant vibration, the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting.
