　　“Where Will Lu Xiangyi’s Annual Meeting Be Held?” In 2013, the first stop of the internal annual meeting for Shanghai Lu Xiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. was the beautiful Sanya, Hainan. On the afternoon of January 3, 2014, all employees of Shanghai Lu Xiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. departed from the company and headed to the airport, beginning their five-day, four-night annual meeting trip to Sanya organized by Lu Xiangyi Company.

　　The annual meeting flight arrived in Haikou that evening. After settling into our hotel, the six teams promptly organized small gatherings. The gentle breezes and light rain of Hainan Island allowed us to completely unwind, temporarily putting aside the stress and fatigue of work. In this tranquil setting, we shared stories about our lives and talked about the future. Shanghai, where Lu Xiangyi is located, is a place brimming with passion and vitality. During work hours, we remained positive and worked together diligently to accomplish each task. Yet outside of work, we fully let loose, embracing life’s beauty with the most relaxed and carefree spirits.

　　After a night of lively conversation, our colleagues—completely relaxed—began their journey to Sanya to soak up the island’s charm. All of us drove to Sanya, where we were greeted by rich local folk culture, distinctive Miao villages, and a breathtaking landscape that seamlessly blends rivers, lakes, seas, foothills, and islands. We explored Bo’ao Water City—a place that boasts coconut groves, sandy beaches, unique rock formations, hot springs, and pastoral scenery all in one stunning setting. We also visited Yudai Beach, the world’s most perfectly preserved river-mouth beach, officially recognized by Guinness World Records, as well as the Dadonghai National Coastal Tourist Zone in Sanya. At that moment, everyone’s heart felt utterly free and at ease. After immersing ourselves in nature, that evening, once we’d checked into our hotel, some of us went swimming, others enjoyed a festive dinner together, some played board games, and still others took leisurely strolls and chats. All the fatigue and hard work from the past year were completely washed away in this tranquil, carefree time.

　　The five-day annual meeting tour took us to several 4A-rated scenic spots, including the famous Yalong Bay, Wuzhizhou Island, Tianya Haijiao, the permanent venue of the Boao Forum for Asia, and Yanoada Tropical Rainforest. At each destination, there was laughter and joy everywhere, and every corner offered picturesque photo opportunities. Though the journey always feels too short, as it came time to depart, many colleagues purchased local specialties and souvenirs to bring back home for their family and friends. By leaving behind cherished memories and a heartfelt memento for loved ones, the Sanya annual meeting trip of Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. came to a perfect close the moment we set off on our return flight.

　　The brief journey has come to an end, but our journey of relentless pursuit is far from over. Back from this company-sponsored reward trip, everyone has once again plunged into the intense final sprint toward year-end performance targets. Filled with the relaxed and rejuvenated spirit we’ve gained from soaking in the stunning beauty of Sanya, we’re now ready to embark on a new chapter of hard work and determination. As employees of Luxiangyi, each of us embodies a steadfast and spirited fighting spirit. With our dreams firmly in our hearts, we’ll keep forging ahead through every challenge, turning our shared aspirations into reality amid laughter and joy!
