　　 Notice Regarding Holiday Arrangements for the Spring Festival

　　As ticket sales for the Spring Festival have already begun, and to ensure the company’s normal production order, guarantee the completion of production tasks, and enable employees to make arrangements in advance, we would like to provide the following early notice regarding the Spring Festival holiday:
　　1. The company’s 2016 Spring Festival holiday period is set from February 5, 2016 (the 27th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 14, 2016 (the 7th day of the 1st lunar month), totaling 10 days. Work will resume officially on February 15, 2016 (the 8th day of the 1st lunar month).
　　2. Employees who need to leave early or postpone their arrival at the factory for any reason must obtain leave approval from their department supervisor within three days (inclusive). For absences exceeding three days, employees must obtain approval from the company’s General Manager and complete the formal written leave procedure.
　　3. Anyone who has not completed the leave application procedures will be treated as absent without permission. Anyone absent without permission for more than 3 days will be considered to have voluntarily resigned.
