2016 Tourism Notice for the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in Sichuan, September of the Year

To express our gratitude for the tireless efforts made by all employees of Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. toward the company’s development, and to enhance employee cohesion, enrich collective life, and allow employees to relax both mentally and physically amidst their busy work schedules, with the approval of the company’s leadership, we are specially organizing a tour to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in Sichuan for all employees. All current employees of Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. (including newly hired employees) are eligible to enjoy this benefit free of charge.
Tourism-related matters are as follows:
I. Travel Dates: September 3 to September 8, 2016 (the trip lasts six days and five nights).
II. Assembly Time: Gather at the company gate at 8:00 a.m. on September 3, 2016.
III. Tourist Destination: Tourism in the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, Sichuan Province
IV. Participants: All employees of Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd.
5. Travel Expenses: This trip is provided as a company benefit, and the expenses will be borne by the company.
Six: Precautions:
1. All employees are requested to assemble on time and follow the tour guide’s arrangements throughout the activity. Do not leave the group and act independently.
2. As a precaution, everyone should bring their personal ID card or other valid identification documents.
3. During your trip, pay attention to your personal finances and personal safety, and ensure that your travels are civilized, safe, enjoyable, and smooth.
4. Employees prone to motion sickness, please bring your own motion sickness medication and a plastic bag for convenience. Also, remember to take sun protection measures.
5. Due to the unpredictable weather, please bring your own rain gear and appropriate clothing.
