　　Pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG), also known as pregnant mare serum gonadotropin, is a sterile preparation made by extracting gonadotropins from the plasma of pregnant mares during their 2nd to 5th month of gestation and then freeze-drying them after adding appropriate excipients. It appears primarily as a white, amorphous powder and belongs to the hormone class of drugs; it exhibits both follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) activities.

It can simultaneously separate 12 × 400ml triple bags or quadruple bags, or 24 × 200ml triple bags in a single run.

The device employs an all-in-one sealing ring made of food-grade silicone rubber, which meets GMP certification standards and has also obtained FDA approval from the United States.
