Because of the low speed, low-speed centrifuges have a lower probability of vibration than high-speed centrifuges when they are working normally, but that's it. It can't be sloppy when installing a low-speed centrifuge.
The rotor of the low-speed centrifuge should be fixed at the exact position, the fixing screws should be tightened, and the accessories such as the rotating head should be cracked and corroded, and the ground wire should be in contact. A separate socket must be used to ensure voltage stability; if the user voltage is unstable, a regulated power supply must be connected to avoid damage to the centrifuge; the desktop low-speed centrifuge should be placed on a firm, stable, level surface, leaving a certain space around the chassis. Keep well ventilated. After each use, open the lid, wipe off the condensate, and then dry naturally; before and after centrifugation, the rotor must be gently lowered or lifted vertically to avoid collision with the shaft and rotor. Turn the head, hanging basket, casing, etc., after use, should be dried and placed separately.
1. Environmental requirements for low speed centrifuges:
a. The floor should be a solid, flat concrete floor with no sources of vibration.
b. The highest altitude is 2000 meters.
c. This low speed centrifuge is limited to indoor work. Suitable for operation at room temperature, the maximum relative humidity is 80% at 31 ° C, and reduced to 50% at 40 ° C. Therefore, avoid placing the centrifuge near heat sources (such as direct sunlight, heating tubes, radiators, etc.).
2, Installation space requirements:
The low-speed centrifuge should have enough space to ensure the flow of air around the centrifuge, otherwise it may cause overheating and the effect is not good.
3, Power requirements:
The power supply should be a 220V 2A single-phase power supply with a separate ground wire. It is not allowed to use a neutral wire instead of the ground wire. Must be properly grounded.
4, Machine installation requirements:
After being placed in place, all 4 rubber feet of the bottom plate of the machine should be in contact with the work surface.
When the glass tube is broken during the centrifugation of the low-speed centrifuge, the debris of the centrifuge chamber, casing, etc. should be removed, otherwise the centrifuge will be damaged. The dust on the heat sink at the rear of the centrifuge should be cleaned regularly with a vacuum cleaner. If the brick of the low speed centrifuge is found to be corroded and cracked, it should be replaced immediately. The rotor, the basket and the casing must be regularly maintained with special glazing oil to avoid corrosion, and the shaft, the basket ear and other parts are lubricated with lubricating oil.
The low speed centrifuge separation technique is a new technology developed based on the state of the particles in a practical centrifugal environment. Particles of different densities, sizes or shapes settle in centrifugation at different speeds, so a generally spherically non-uniform mixture can be separated by centrifugation. The benchtop low-speed centrifuge is used to further study biochemistry and separate large quantities of material. . It adopts brushless DC motor drive, the speed and time are digital display, the electrical control system adopts microprocessor control, the button programming, the operation is simple, the instrument design is humanized and beautiful, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient.
