When the centrifuge is running at high speed, the friction between the rotor body and the air causes the temperature of the fuselage to be difficult to control. The excessive temperature affects the service life of the internal components of the centrifuge. The refrigerated centrifuge is equipped with a refrigeration system, and the system generally includes a compressor, a radiator, and a control circuit. When the temperature in the centrifuge chamber is higher than the set temperature, the control circuit turns on the compressor to cool, the radiator dissipates heat, and the temperature in the chamber decreases until the temperature is lower than the set temperature, and the control circuit turns off the compressor radiator.
In general, there are several reasons for the fact that the refrigerated centrifuge does not cool:
The solution that the refrigerated centrifuge can not control the temperature
Reason one: the temperature inside the centrifuge chamber is too high, causing the refrigeration system to leak fluorine, that is, without the refrigerant causing the compressor to not cool.
Solution: Find the repairman of the factory, re-weld the copper tube, and take time to re-add the refrigerant.
Cause two: frost in the evaporator. The main thing is that the centrifuge has only one evaporator. When the evaporator frost can not be removed, the air passage is blocked, and the cold cannot be discharged, resulting in the refrigerator not cooling.
Solution: Check the defrosting system, either the defrosting timer is faulty or the heating tube has been blown.
Reason 3: The centrifuge has been in use for a long time. It may be that there is a leak in the copper tube or the evaporator. It is not useful to add fluorine alone.
Solution: Maintenance is difficult, it is necessary to find the leak point for maintenance, but it will not take a long time, generally need to be replaced.
Reason 4: There is a problem with the centrifuge compressor. If the pressure of the compressor return pipe is too low, the compressor will not start, which will cause the centrifuge to not cool.
Solution: Check if the centrifuge power plug is plugged in, or the power supply is insufficient.
