To All Employees of the Company
According to the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangements for Certain Holidays in 2023” (Guoban Famingdian [2022] No. 16), in order to facilitate timely and reasonable work arrangements by various localities and units, the holiday schedule for the 2023 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day is hereby announced as follows:
From September 29 to October 6, 2023, there will be an eight-day holiday with adjusted working days. October 7 (Saturday) and October 8 (Sunday) will be regular workdays.
Note: Thirty minutes before the end of work on September 28, the workshop and offices will undergo a thorough cleaning. Everyone is required to ensure that their workstations are neatly organized, properly arranged, thoroughly swept, and spotlessly clean. In particular, the machine-processing workshop on the first floor should carry out cleaning and maintenance of the machine tools. On the eve of the holiday, all departments must conduct inspections for the “three protections” (fire prevention, flood prevention, and theft prevention). Any potential hazards identified must be addressed and resolved before the holiday begins.
During the holiday, please pay attention to safety and take proper personal protective measures to ensure a civilized and peaceful holiday.
