Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. was registered in November 2003 and has now entered its twelfth year. Since its establishment, Shanghai Luxiangyi has been committed to providing customers with even better service and the highest-quality centrifuge products. Upholding the quality principle of "Quality First, Reputation Supreme," the company has become the only Chinese centrifuge manufacturer to obtain U.S. FDA certification. It has also successfully passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and CE certification. As a result, Shanghai Luxiangyi enjoys an outstanding reputation within the centrifuge manufacturing industry, and its centrifuges have become a well-known brand widely recognized by customers.
However, recently several consumers have reported the presence of counterfeit brand advertisements under the name “Lu Xiangyi” on certain websites. After investigation, we found that these advertisements on those websites actually direct users to other merchants, stores, and websites. The website has unilaterally used the name “Lu Xiangyi” to promote and market its own store’s products. Moreover, some industry peers have even launched competitive bidding ads on Baidu under the name “Lu Xiangyi.” While deceiving consumers, this practice has caused significant damage to Lu Xiangyi’s reputation and also infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
To set the record straight and put an end to deceptive practices and harm inflicted on广大 consumers by such infringement incidents, we hereby solemnly declare:

With regard to any enterprises or individuals who, without authorization, improperly misuse or steal the Luxiangyi brand, Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. demands that the infringers immediately cease their infringing activities and publicly clarify their actions. Shanghai Luxiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take further legal measures to protect the “Luxiangyi (BIORIDGE)” brand and safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests. Should the infringers, despite being notified, refuse to stop their infringing activities, our company will, in accordance with the law, file a lawsuit with the relevant authorities to protect our company’s legitimate rights and interests.
